Description : 1.The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF MARCOS, through the GAD FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS (Php 275,390.00) for the Procurement of Dry Goods for the Supplemental Feeding Program to 6-59 Months Children.

2. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within Two (2) Calendar Days after the receipt of Purchase Order.

3. Request for Quotation must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the BAC Office of Marcos, Ilocos Norte on or before July 14, 2025/2:00 P. M. Late RFQ shall not be accepted.

4. The technical specification of items is provided in the attached RFQ.
