1)
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the proposed Local Expenditure
Program 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Four
Hundred Eight Pesos and 2/100 Only (P 595,408.02) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for all lot. Bids received in excess of
the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for Procurement of Drugs & Medicines for use of Pres. Carlos
P. Garcia Municipal Hospital. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days after
the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within the
last 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the
