PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS, MEDICINES AND SUPPLIES UNDER BANGSAMORO SURGICAL OUTREACH PROGRAM

1. The Ministry of Health - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao
(MOH-BARMM), through the GAAB 2024, intends to apply the sum of FIFTY MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (PHP 50,715,480.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MOH-BARMM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of
the Works requires 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from MOH-BARMM and inspect
the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on
