The LGU, Biri, Northern Samar, through the General Fund for Cy 2025, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS & 00/100 (Php 899,650.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs, Medicines and Medical/Laboratory Supplies for the Rural Health Unit, LGU, Biri, Northern Samar for ITB No. 2025-07-32. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
