1. The Local Government Unit of Echague, Isabela, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Pesos (P 2,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs, Medicine, Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies and other supplies for the delivery of health services (Water Safety and Sanitation and Aedes-borne Viral Diseases)/2025-04-39. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
