Description : 1) The Adela Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center, 1 year- FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT through the ASTMMC Funds intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos and Eighty Centavos Only [Php 4,388,232.80] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Drugs and Medicines Package 2: Slow Moving - Early Procurement Activity (EPA) with IB NO.2025-11-18(50). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Adela Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of Drugs and Medicines. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days after issuance of a Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
