PROCUREMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php 77,500.00
2. Price quotation should be inclusive of other indirect cost.
3. Price quotation shall be valid within seven (7) calendar days from the deadline of submission of RFQ.
4. Evaluation of the quoted price will be conducted on a “per item” basis.
5. Delivery period is within Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order.
6. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within fifteen (15) working days after
