1) The Department of Health - Western Visayas Center for Health Development, through the LHSDA 2026 Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos and Thirteen Centavos (Php 3,883,365.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines, IB No. SB-2026-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
