1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the DPC 2025, FHINRP 2025 Funds intend to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Sixty-Eight Pesos and Sixty-Eight Centavos (Php6,249,068.68) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines, IB No. SB-2025-047. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
