1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the DPC 2025, LHSDA 2024- CONAP,SAA 2024-11-005878,SAA 2024-12-006324, FHINRP 2024 CONAP Funds intend to apply the sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Six Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty ninety-Five Pesos and Fifty Centavos(Php 12,506,895.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines, IB No. SB-2025-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
