Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR HOSPITAL SYSTEM FOR CURATIVE, PREVENTIVE AND MAINTENANCE CARE OF THE ENTIRE PROVINCIAL POPULATION

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Thirty-One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 30,031,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines for Hospital System for Curative, Preventive and Maintenance Care of the Entire Provincial Population / B-G-2024-A-062. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
