Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE OPERATIONS

1. The Municipality of Agoo, La Union intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php997,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines for Health Office Operations/GDS2025-0321. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Agoo, La Union now invites bids for the for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines for Health Office Operations. Delivery of the Goods required is one hundred twenty (20) calendar days upon Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
