Description : The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office-XII, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines for BJMPRO-XII PDL for December 2025 through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.
Please submit your duly signed quotation to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Chairperson and to the given address below, on or before 8:00 AM on November 10, 2025, subject to the compliance with the Terms and Conditions provided on this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Your quotation is subject to the following General Conditions:
1. Price validity shall be for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the submission of quotations.
2. Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be rejected.
