INVITATION TO RE-BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES (ANIMAL BITE VACCINES)

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the GENERAL FUND-CURRENT APPROPRIATION-DRUGS AND MEDICINES EXPENSES (ANIMAL BITE VACCINES) intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (₱298,800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES (ANIMAL BITE VACCINES) HILONGOS GF-2025-09-231. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
