Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Drugs and Medicines and Vaccines of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte
1. The Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte, thru the General Fund intend to apply the sum of eight hundred fourteen thousand Pesos Only (Php 814,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Drugs and Medicine of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte, now invites bids for the Procurement of Drugs and Medicines and vaccines of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
