Description : 1. The Brgy. Gredu of Panabo, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 600,00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the DRUGS AND MEDICINES Res. No. 9 s 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Gredu of Panabo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Drugs and Medicines. Delivery of the Goods within required within 30 Days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
