    3. The bidder must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry.
    4. The bidder must shoulder the expenses for the confirmatory drug testing for individuals who tested positive in the screening test.
    5. The bidder must be capable to provide onsite test results.
    6. The bidder must comply with applicable health, safety, and data privacy regulation.
    7. The bidder must be capable of delivering and conducting drug screening tests for public utility vehicle (PUV)
    drivers of all ages during the following annual field operations, upon request and in accordance with a schedule
    approved by the LTO Assistant Secretary:
