INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF DRUG AND MEDICINES, MEDICAL AND LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT, LGU-ZUMARRAGA, SAMAR

1. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar, through the 5% GAD, 5% LRRMF and SPA, CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos & 00/100 only (P 3,415,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drug and Medicines, Medical and Laboratory Supplies and Equipment (LF 2025-004 GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for fifteen (15) calendar days Bidders maybe new or should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
