Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR: Procurement of DRRM Rescue/Logistics Truck

1. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, through the 5% DRRM Trust Fund /APP 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million, Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2,500,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of DRRM Rescue/Logistics Truck/02-009-25-Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed projects within two (2) years, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the contract to be bid and at least Fifty Percent (50%), prior from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
