Procurement of DRRM Rescue Supplies and Equipment for MDRRMC

1. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga, through the Local Disaster and Risk Reduction Management (5%) Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Pesos Only (Php 263,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of DRRM Rescue Supplies and Equipment for MDRRMC under IB No. 2025-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within Fifteen calendar days (15 days) after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
