“PROCUREMENT OF DOST-IX JANITORIAL, MESSENGER, UTILITY, AND DRIVING SERVICES FOR CY2026”

1) The DOST-IX, through the National Expenditure Program for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,400,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for DOST IX-EPA26-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

• Daily Wage Rate of each personnel should not fall below the Daily Minimum Wage Rate as specified in the most current Wage Order.
