Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to Procure for the Provision of Domestic and International Roundtrip Airline Tickets of DOT Region 02 Official and Staff to attend the International Summit on Grey-Faced Buzzard and other Migratory Raptors 205 at Uken Village, Amamio Island, Japan on October 23 to 27, 2025.

Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 9:00:00 AM, October 18, 2025 subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in the RFQ.
