1. The Local Government of Hamtic, Antique, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos only (Php 822,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No.2025-022, “Procurement of DOLE-DILP/LGU Various Livelihood Projects-Frozen Foods Retailing, Home Made Fried Chicken, Street Food Vending, Sari-Sari Store Projects” for Hamtic, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
