The City Government of Malabon, through the Capital Outlay: Computer Software of Office of the City Administrator under the Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION pesos only (P 5,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING SYSTEM TO BE USED BY ALL DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF MALABON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

    2. The City Government of Malabon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING SYSTEM TO BE USED BY ALL DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF MALABON.
