1) The Office of the Solicitor General, through the Republic Act (RA) No. 12116 or the General Appropriations Act of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (₱4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement, Dismantling, Delivery, Assembly and Installation of Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE) for Manually-Operated Operable Partition Wall / OSG PR No. 025-08-123. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The OSG now invites bids for the Procurement, Dismantling, Delivery, Assembly and Installation of Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE) for Manually-Operated Operable Partition Wall.
