Procurement of Disaster Recovery Site

1. The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Php 5,555,460.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Disaster Recovery Site / Identification No 2025-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. PDIC needs to procure Disaster Recovery Services which are needed in restoring the operability of PDIC-s corporate applications and systems in the event of the occurrence of a disaster both natural and man-made The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in Section 59 of the IRR of RA 12009.
