Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Diplomatic Courier Services for the Shipment of Indoor Coats of Arms for the Official Use of Philippine Consular Posts Headed by Honorary Consular Officers

1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the FY 2024 Continuing Appropriations, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Seven Thousand Pesos (PhP 2,507,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Diplomatic Courier Services for the Shipment of Indoor Coats of Arms for the Official Use of Philippine Consular Posts Headed by Honorary Consular Officers with identification number PB-GS-20-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
