Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF DIETARY SUPPLIES FOR THE USE OF LA PAZ MEDICARE AND COMMUNITY HOSPITAL FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY TO MARCH 2025

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund (Early Procurement Activity) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos Only (PhP 241,598.00) being the Indicative Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Procurement of Dietary Supplies for the use of La Paz Medicare and Community Hospital for the period of January to March 2025 / B-G-2024-035-JL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required from ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
