SOURCE OF FUND: General Fund

1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (Php1,434,800.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract Procurement of DIETARY SUPPLIES for the use of Davao Oriental Provincial Medical Center (DOPMC) Nutrition & Dietetics. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental now invites bids for the Procurement of DIETARY SUPPLIES for the use of Davao Oriental Provincial Medical Center (DOPMC) Nutrition & Dietetics.
