Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Siay, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Nine Pesos (Php 374,809.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Diesel, Oil and Lubricants for the use of LGU Light and Heavy Equipment for the Improvement of Farm to Market Road at Barangay San Isidro, Siay, ZS (GAD Fund 2024). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty days (30) Calendar Days After Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2-Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
