The price of petroleum products shall be subject to adjustment based on the prevailing pump price at the time of delivery, in accordance with existing guidelines of the Government Procurement Policy Board. Any price adjustment shall be supported by official price advisories issued by the supplier.

2. The supplier shall provide, upon payment, a certification that any price adjustment is based on the prevailing index published by the Department of Energy (e.g., Mean of Platts Singapore [MOPS] or similar recognized index).
