PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL FUEL FOR THE REHAB OF CELL 1 SLF CATEGORY 1 & ROAD NETWORK

1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam, through 20% DF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php630,000.00) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Diesel Fuel for the Rehab of Cell 1 SLF Category 1 & Road Network. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam now invites bids for the Procurement of Diesel Fuel for the Rehab of Cell 1 SLF Category 1 & Road Network. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
