PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL FUEL AND ENGINE OIL FOR THE REHABILITATION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AND DESILTING AND DREDGING OF CANALS

1. The Municipal Government of Mlang, through the Annual Budget FY 2025 Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (P 832,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL FUEL AND ENGINE OIL FOR THE REHABILITATION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AND DESILTING AND DREDGING OF CANALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
