Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Siay, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred Two Pesos and 20/100 centavos only (Php 161,602.20) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Diesel and Oil for the use of LGU Light and Heavy Equipment for the maintenance of Flood Protection Dike at Brgy. Lagting - Sibuguey, Siay, ZSP (GAD Fund 2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty days (30) Calendar Days After Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2-Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
