  TERMS & CONDITIONS:
  1. Fuel withdrawal shall be made upon the receipt of approved Purchased Order or NTP.
  2. No withdrawal of Diesel and Gasoline Fuel in the Station shall be allowed without an approved requisition or fuel withdrawal slip.
  3. Payment shall be processed upon partial actual delivery and submission of the charged invoice by the supplier.
  4. Transfer fuel pumps dispenser should be calibrated every month by the supplier.
  5. The Gasoline and Diesel fuel shall be Euro 4 compliant.

  All interested suppliers Please specify brand, delivery term and required to submit the following;
  1. Valid and Current Mayor's/ Business Permit
  2. PhilGEPS Registration or Certificate
