Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF DIAGNOSTIC READING OF ALL THE RADIOLOGY PROCEDURES OF THE TARLAC PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL OPERATED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF TARLAC

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the Trust fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos & 80/100 Only (PhP 4,399,364.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Diagnostic Reading of All the Radiology Procedures of the Tarlac Provincial Hospital Operated by the Provincial Government of Tarlac / B-G-2024-046-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days.
