TERMS OF PAYMENT

a. Payment shall be based on actual delivery made by the supplier.

b. Pursuant to Circular Letter No. 2013-16 of Department of Budget and Management dated December 23, 2013, the Supplier/Contractor is encouraged to open an account with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), the Government Servicing Bank of the Procuring Entity, to facilitate settlement of accounts payables due to the Supplier/Contractor. All charges incurred for payment through bank transfer with other banks shall be for the account of the Supplier/Contractor.
