Description : 1. The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 3,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Development of Treatment and Rehabilitation Admission Information System (TRAIS) Version 2 and Migration of Legacy Database. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The DDB now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement for the Development of Treatment and Rehabilitation Admission Information System (TRAIS) Version 2 and Migration of Legacy Database.
