Description : 1. The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) under FY 2024 Current TBIMs Funds intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos of Two Hundred Fifty-Four Million Four Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and Ninety-Two Centavos (P254,433,433.92) only , being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Development, Printing and Delivery of Textbooks & Teacher-s Manuals and Provision of Electronic Textbooks and Teacher-s Manuals for Grade 1 (Filipino) for Nine (9) Regions (GR1: FIL_254M), broken down as follows:

This project is subdivided into lots and bidders shall have the option of submitting a proposal on any or all lots and evaluation and contract award will be undertaken on a per lot basis.

Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot for the project shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
