1. The Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), through the General Appropriations Act of FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eight Thousand Pesos (Php408,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (E-SIS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
