Description : The National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to Procurement for the Development of 16 Modules and Enhancement of Accessible Online Learning System through Small Value Procurement in accordance in the Section 34 of Republic Act No. 12009.
