1. The Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center (BRGHGMC), through the GAA-MOOE/ Income intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP. 1,410,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for BRGHGMC-GS-2025-17 : Procurement of Desktop Computers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automaticlly rejected at bid opening.
