The National Development Company, through the Bids & Awards Committee, invites bids for the public bidding of the project specified below:

The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Bid Evaluation of the financial component of the eligible bid/s shall be conducted to determine the Single or Lowest Calculated Bid (SCB or LCB). Post-qualification of the SCB or LCB shall be conducted.
