The PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE - BULACAN (PENRO-BULACAN), through the authorized appropriations per Sub-Allotment Advice (SAA) No. RIII-101-2025-01-055 under the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act, R.A. 12116 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P7,325,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “DESIGN AND BUILD OF OF TWO (2) 50 CU.M. SMALL WATER IMPOUNDING SYSTEM (SWIS) IN DRT AND NORZAGARAY, BULACAN”, more particularly described as follows:
