DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT OF SOURCE DEVELOPMENT
FOR WATER SUPPLY OF MARINDUQUE WATER DISTRICT

1. The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) 1 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Eight Million Fifty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Nine Pesos and 74/100 (PhP 328,056,879.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build Contract of Source Development for Water Supply of Marinduque Water District under Purchase Requisition No. 24-159 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The LWUA BAC-1 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in Five Hundred Forty Calendar Days (540 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
