Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT FOR THE DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT SCHEME FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PCSO QUEZON BRANCH OFFICE BUILDING

1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Nine and 83/100 Pesos (PhP18,813,589.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Design and Build Contract Scheme for the Construction of PCSO Quezon Branch Office Building (PR No. 03-21-250140). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PCSO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred (300) calendar days (Design and Construction Phase) from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
