Completion of the Works is required within three hundred thirty (330) calendar days upon issuance of Contractors Notice To Proceed (NTP), covering stages Pre-Design Phase, Design Phase, Pre-Construction Phase, Design and Build (Construction Phase) and Post-Construction Phase.

Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
