Description : The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation is procuring services for the Transport of: (a) Three (3) drums of used oil contaminated with Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) from the Navotas Gas Turbine Power Plant (NGTPP); and (b) Eight (8) units of PCB-contaminated Transformers from the Nuclear Power Village (NPV), Bagac, Bataan to the PCB Destruction Facility located in Mariveles, Bataan. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP253,000.00), inclusive of VAT.

In this regard, may we invite your company to submit a proposal for this project based on the requirements set in the Terms of Reference (Annex A) and the Detailed Bid Price Schedule (Annex B).
