  1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (5% LDRRM Fund-MOOE) intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thirty- One Thousand Seven Hundred Five Pesos Only (Php 831,705.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Dengue Rapid Test Kits and Emergency Response Supplies and Equipments for the use of LGU- Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2025-10-036). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
