Delivery and Service Terms:
1. Place of Delivery: DepEd Caraga Regional Office
Note: Delivery cost is included in the bid amount

2. Delivery period: within 60 days from the receipt of the Purchase Order.

3. There shall be a conduct of Test Run of all the units with the presence of inspectorate team and technical representative of the supplier during delivery.

4. Devices which are found defective and non-compliant with the specifications during the test run shall not be accepted and the opening of these units during the test run shall not be deemed accepted by the program owner, in which case the supplier has the obligation to accept those opened and tested devices.

5. Service warranty for replacement of damaged unit shall be good for 6 months after receipt of delivery....
